IT Technician (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage end-user hardware and software deployment and the full equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Identify, record, and prioritize incidents and requests related to the end-user environment.
• Administer and improve corporate applications and manage access rights.
• Maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including local networks, printers, and small devices.
• Provide on-site IT support for offices in Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar IT support functions.
• Proven experience administrating Linux, Mac, and Windows workstations.
• Experience with Azure administration (Office 365, Sharepoint, Intune, Windows Defender).
• Fluent English and good knowledge of French.
• Must be a resident in Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce, including development.
• Python scripting skills.
• Experience with the Go programming language.
