What you will do
- Deliver analytics and insights services for CMI products such as Brand Health, segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, and Customer Experience.
- Conduct tactical client training on Guided Analytics and CMI solutions.
- Craft compelling insights and provide clear, actionable recommendations to help clients grow their business.
- Identify growth opportunities through daily engagement with clients and collaborate with Account Development teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business priorities to align research with strategic and tactical goals.
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of professional experience in quantitative research.
- Knowledge of the data analytics industry and solutions like Brand Health and Segmentation.
- Strong numerical proficiency and the ability to analyze data accurately.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time with excellent prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client presentations.
