Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in Seattle, United States. Must be located in a country where hirify.global has a legal entity.

What you will do

• Own and drive the end-to-end program for Agentic Identity & Access, encompassing strategy, roadmap, and accountability mapping.
• Define and drive clarity on how agents authenticate, are authorized, and are governed when interacting with hirify.global data.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and ensure accountability to commitments across multiple departments.
• Synthesize complex, multi-team program information into concise, actionable communications for executive stakeholders.
• Drive systemic improvements to multi-org platform programs by codifying patterns, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
• Mentor TPMs across the organization to evolve the TPM craft at hirify.global.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading organization-changing, multi-department technical programs in identity or security domains.
• Deep technical fluency in IAM concepts (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, authorization models, consent frameworks).
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and delivery across multiple engineering teams through influence and trust.
• Experience shaping platform adoption programs and migrating product teams to prescribed patterns.
• Ability to build executive-ready narratives that drive alignment at VP+ levels.
• Familiarity with AI agent architectures, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and enterprise governance frameworks.
