What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, low-latency options trading systems and strategies.
• Continuously optimize and monitor trading system performance to ensure fast execution.
• Contribute to the development of unit and integration tests for system reliability.
• Collaborate directly with traders to expand business across CeFi, DeFi, and OTC markets.
• Engage with the full options stack to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C++ programming and software development best practices.
• Experience in developing trading platforms, preferably within an HFT environment.
• Solid understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and low-latency programming.
• Familiarity with market data feeds, order execution protocols, and exchange connectivity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Must be able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
