What you will do

• Convert business requirements into scalable services with robust code and comprehensive tests.
• Proactively initiate performance tuning and troubleshoot system incidents.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Collaborate across engineering teams and mentor junior developers.
• Advocate for engineering excellence and adhere to industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience building high-throughput distributed applications.
• Proficiency in core Java and the Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
• Deep understanding of distributed system design and messaging middleware.
• Ability to collaborate with remote teams across different time zones (based in Asia).

Nice to have

• Performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, and RPC.
• Prior experience in KYC or Compliance domains.
