What you will do
- Build and manage relationships with Family Offices, Banks, VCs, Hedge Funds, and Ultra-HNW clients.
- Design customized trade strategies and manage OTC execution, including on/off ramp and block trading.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement.
- Provide market insights and investment ideas to attract new clients and expand the OTC business.
- Coordinate client onboarding with the compliance team following risk management policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in on/off ramp OTC trading at a crypto exchange or independent OTC desk.
- Proven track record of managing multicultural relationships with institutional and Ultra HNW clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Understanding of local and international trading regulations (e.g., MiCA, MAS, SEC).
- Knowledge of market mechanics, order types, trading venues, and execution strategies.
- Fluency in additional languages.
