What you will do

  • Identify and build strategic relationships with institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, and Web3 infrastructure providers.
  • Source, pitch, and close high-value sponsorships, content partnerships, and commercial agreements.
  • Sell premium marketing solutions such as research reports, sponsored editorial projects, podcasts, and event sponsorships.
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals that align client objectives with audience and distribution channels.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and upselling opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or media sales for financial or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with institutional clients.
  • Professional experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or financial media.
  • Strong expertise in outbound sales, negotiations, and full-cycle sales management.
  • English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry conferences and client meetings across the region.
