What you will do
- Identify and build strategic relationships with institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, and Web3 infrastructure providers.
- Source, pitch, and close high-value sponsorships, content partnerships, and commercial agreements.
- Sell premium marketing solutions such as research reports, sponsored editorial projects, podcasts, and event sponsorships.
- Develop tailored partnership proposals that align client objectives with audience and distribution channels.
- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and upselling opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or media sales for financial or technology companies.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals with institutional clients.
- Professional experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or financial media.
- Strong expertise in outbound sales, negotiations, and full-cycle sales management.
- English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry conferences and client meetings across the region.
