Automation Project Lead (Pharma)

What you will do

• Lead automation workstreams, integrating solution design, scope definition, and delivery management.
• Coordinate automation activities between internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery of manufacturing automation and IT systems, specifically ISA-95 Level 2/3.
• Ensure all documentation and delivery meet GxP, GAMP, and SDLC regulatory standards.
• Facilitate workshops and proactively resolve delivery blockers to maintain project timelines.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing automation and/or IT systems delivery.
• Strong background in process automation and data acquisition (PCS, PLC/SCADA, Data Historians).
• Proficiency with ISA-95 Level 2/3 architectures.
• Knowledge of Automation/IT networks and ESX hardware virtualization platforms.
• Experience working within regulated industries (GxP, GAMP, SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage vendors and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Siemens, Zenon, or Aveva/OSIsoft PI.
• Knowledge of Siemens PCS7 control systems.
