Location: Remote (Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Sydney Time, Monday-Friday)

What you will do

  • Manage and categorize incoming customer email inquiries to ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer information and interaction records within the CRM.
  • Convert estimates into invoices and communicate billing details clearly to customers.
  • Execute internal processes following established flowcharts and documentation.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the business owner.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong written communication and professional email handling skills.
  • High attention to detail, particularly regarding invoicing and records.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment according to Sydney Time (AEST/AEDT).
