What you will do
- Manage and categorize incoming customer email inquiries to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain and update accurate customer information and interaction records within the CRM.
- Convert estimates into invoices and communicate billing details clearly to customers.
- Execute internal processes following established flowcharts and documentation.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the business owner.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Proven experience working with CRM systems.
- Strong written communication and professional email handling skills.
- High attention to detail, particularly regarding invoicing and records.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment according to Sydney Time (AEST/AEDT).
