What you will do

  • Manage the overall restaurant relationship post-onboarding as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Conduct deep analysis of portfolio performance and perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
  • Provide analytical after-sales support to improve partner performance and growth.
  • Promote new services and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze the Cyprus market on an ongoing basis.
  • Act as the primary communicator between operations and restaurant partners.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales with clear commercial impact.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Strong analytical judgment with experience using Looker and Power BI.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • High level of ownership, reliability, and ability to manage a pipeline independently.
