What you will do
- Manage the overall restaurant relationship post-onboarding as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Conduct deep analysis of portfolio performance and perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
- Provide analytical after-sales support to improve partner performance and growth.
- Promote new services and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze the Cyprus market on an ongoing basis.
- Act as the primary communicator between operations and restaurant partners.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales with clear commercial impact.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Strong analytical judgment with experience using Looker and Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- High level of ownership, reliability, and ability to manage a pipeline independently.
