What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and cloud-native services used across the hirify.global platform.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed systems with a focus on long-term maintainability.
• Solve technical challenges related to scalability, availability, observability, and multi-environment deployments.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to align solutions with platform needs.
• Contribute to system design, technical planning, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, technical debt, and system vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Proficiency in one or more modern languages: C#, Java, Python, or Go.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience building production-grade services in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
