What you will do

• Design and implement complex backend features from conception through to deployment to meet strategic business objectives.
• Write clean, secure, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure high quality and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Actively participate in the full SDLC, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support the team in upholding and enhancing engineering and quality standards.
• Engage in the technical interviewing process.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of OOP, SOLID, and GRASP paradigms.
• Extensive expertise in Python and frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
• Deep knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL systems, including high-performance query optimization.
• Commercial experience in developing both monolithic and distributed systems.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Location: Must be based in Romania.
