🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Channel & Affiliate Program Development
-KOL Acquisition: Identify and onboard top-tier/mid-tier crypto KOLs, YouTube creators, Twitter opinion leaders, and community influencers, establishing deep commission-based partnerships.
-Agent Recruitment: Build a pyramid-style affiliate program for contract trading, recruiting team leaders, signal providers, and quantitative trading teams to join the platform.
-High-Net-Worth Client Acquisition: Leverage existing networks to attract high-net-worth individuals (VIP clients) and drive sustained growth in the platform’s contract trading volume.
-Maintain Stable Partnerships: Nurture long-term relationships with external channel partners, aligning with the platform’s incentive and development policies to drive mutual growth and collaboration.
2️⃣ Team Building & Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Build and lead the business development team, setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance to improve both team and individual performance.
-Collaborate closely with the operations, product, and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in Chinese-speaking communities. Plan and execute events such as AMAs, Twitter Spaces, or offline meetups to boost trust and engagement among users and partners at all levels.
3️⃣ Competitor Analysis & Product Feedback
-Monitor market trends and competitor mechanisms, collect user feedback on contract products (UI/UX, liquidity, fees), and support the product and R&D teams in optimizing the user experience.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Minimum 3 years of business development experience at a centralized cryptocurrency exchange (CEX), with mandatory experience promoting contract trading products.
2️⃣ Stay closely attuned to industry trends, hot topics, and resource developments. Possess proven methods for developing and evaluating channel resources, with a track record of effectively driving business outcomes (e.g., trading volume, fee revenue).
3️⃣ Familiar with user acquisition strategies for the Chinese market and diverse user psychology. Have a solid understanding of contract trading, wealth management products, and other derivatives, with professional trading knowledge.
4️⃣ Knowledge of common rebate structures and strong business negotiation skills.
5️⃣ Demonstrated strong business development capabilities, team leadership mindset, and a results-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
6️⃣ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
