We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team and turn complex transaction data into actionable business insights.

🔹 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis / Analytics / Data Quality
• Strong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, complex joins)
• Python or R experience
• Experience with BI tools and dashboards
• Fintech / Payment Gateway experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills

🔹 Responsibilities
• Analyze high-volume transaction data
• Detect anomalies and investigate suspicious patterns
• Monitor data quality and pipeline integrity
• Conduct experiments and optimization analysis
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, QA, Monitoring, and Product teams
