What you will do

• Price and execute complex structured crypto products on the OTC Derivatives Desk.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including pricing, execution, hedging, and ongoing risk management of OTC flows.
• Monitor and manage Greeks and volatility exposures across a live book in coordination with the global team.
• Build and maintain pricing tools and models to ensure consistency with market-observable volatility surfaces.
• Conduct daily risk reporting and P&L attribution.
• Collaborate with structuring and sales teams to design tailored solutions for institutional clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on an exotic derivatives desk at a bank, hedge fund, or crypto-native trading firm.
• Deep expertise in quoting and risk-managing exotic options (European barriers, accumulators, and autocallables).
• Hands-on familiarity with mixed volatility models such as local-stochastic vol, Heston, and SABR.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Business English proficiency is required.
• Institutional-grade execution experience and a rigorous, process-driven approach to risk.

Nice to have

• Structuring experience for designing bespoke payoff structures.
• Experience with crypto options markets or digital asset derivatives.
• Prior background in OTC trading or crypto market-making.
• Native Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency.
