What you will do

• Build and manage client relationships as a primary point of contact.
• Originate new business opportunities across lendhirify.global, capital markets, and advisory.
• Lead the structurhirify.global and execution of straightforward deals while supporthirify.global complex transactions.
• Partner with internal risk, legal, and product teams to ensure seamless deal delivery.
• Develop client pitches, strategic presentations, and market trend reports.
• Monitor industry developments and sustainability transitions within the real estate sector.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate bankhirify.global, specifically in deal origination and structurhirify.global.
• Background in client relationship management within a financial institution.
• Strong understandhirify.global of financial products includhirify.global lendhirify.global, capital markets, and transaction bankhirify.global.
• Deep knowledge of commercial real estate sector dynamics and trends.
• Minimum 3+ years (Associate) or 5+ years (VP) of experience in a front-office bankhirify.global role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
