What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of client organizational structures and investment priorities.
  • Coordinate client requests and facilitate dialogue between clients and internal teams regarding reporting, fund operations, and investment reviews.
  • Assist with AML documentation for new account onboarding and periodic refreshes.
  • Independently moderate performance reviews and drive solutions for operational issues.
  • Lead or support client relationship projects to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in institutional client support within the financial services industry, preferably in asset management.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese is required.
  • Must hold an SFC License for RA 1 (Dealing in Securities).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
  • Professional presence for face-to-face client review meetings.

Nice to have

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
