What you will do

• Partner with investment leadership to support portfolio construction and top-down investment strategy implementation.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and private investments.
• Meet with HNW and UHNW members to discuss portfolio strategy and investment opportunities.
• Execute investment strategies across member accounts to ensure alignment with model portfolios.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Financial Planning to optimize investment workflows and tools.
• Produce investment memos, market commentary, and member-facing written and video content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar investment role.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to McLean, VA or New York City for full-time in-office work (Monday–Friday).
• Experience working with HNW and UHNW individuals.
• CFA or CFP designations.
• Series 7, 65, or 66 licenses.
• Strong investment acumen and professional written communication skills.
