What you will do

• Own the full end-to-end delivery of high-impact solutions for strategic partners.
• Resolve urgent technical customer support tickets and ensure proactive communication with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and shape the product roadmap.
• Build and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and enablement content.
• Partner with customers to define success metrics, KPIs, and adoption strategies.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to provide actionable feedback for feature development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of software engineering experience.
• Prior professional experience supporting technical customers and iterating solutions in real-time.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a deep understanding of software architecture and API integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
