Location: Remote (United States). Team overlap required between 8am-5:00 pm EST.

What you will do

• Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions, from requirement gathering to platform customization and API integration.
• Act as the primary technical consultant during discovery calls to document requirements and guide solution design.
• Present APIs and technical architecture to clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and timelines.
• Create high-quality integration resources, including API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides.
• Cultivate relationships with technical stakeholders and provide expert-level support and troubleshooting during integration.
• Advocate for product enhancements by aligning client needs with the evolving product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript) to build PoCs and prototype APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex tasks independently.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Applied AI fluency: expectation to use AI to accelerate workflows, solve problems, and improve output quality.
