Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 USD (Base)

What you will do

• Build and maintain risk monitoring systems and capital allocation algorithms for onchain curator programs.
• Design and operate bespoke trading strategies across DeFi protocols, including AMMs, lending markets, and perpetuals.
• Identify and exploit structural inefficiencies in on-chain markets, liquidity pools, and token incentive mechanisms.
• Assist in negotiating custom liquidity provision agreements with protocols, DAOs, and ecosystem funds.
• Leverage generative AI and automation platforms to improve trading productivity and decision-making quality.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in quantitative trading, systematic strategy research, or algorithmic development.
• Strong Python programming skills for building data pipelines, backtests, and trading tools.
• Deep contract-level knowledge of DeFi protocol mechanics (e.g., Uniswap, Curve, Aave, Morpho).
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Physics.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
