What you will do

• Own and evolve the company-wide security roadmap and strategy.
• Partner with engineering leadership to integrate security into architecture and development workflows.
• Improve detection, prevention, and incident response capabilities across infrastructure and applications.
• Evaluate and manage risks associated with AI-assisted development and emerging threat vectors.
• Support customer-facing security reviews and build trust as a strategic technical leader.
• Define the long-term scaling strategy for the security organization.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in both infrastructure and application security.
• Proven experience as a security leader in modern, high-growth engineering organizations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain security, identity management, and incident response.
• Ability to operate with high ownership and navigate ambiguity in a remote-first environment.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and strategic stakeholder management.
