What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure for blockchain participation and custody services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance monitoring, system automation, and incident response.
• Research emerging Web3 trends and identify new product opportunities to bring value to the business.
• Debug complex distributed blockchains and protocols to improve network participation.
• Implement observability tools and best practices to ensure the health and stability of blockchain infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, scaling, and recovery processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Protocol, DevOps, or SRE Engineer.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Go, Rust, .Net, or C/C++.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, or Bash for process automation.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, including Proof-of-Stake consensus, Web3, and RPC.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Linux systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience operating Solana, Ethereum, or similar validator/RPC infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Ability to develop backend services in addition to infrastructure management.
