What you will do

  • Design and build high-performance trading systems to support OTC, market making, and systematic trading.
  • Minimize latency and maximize throughput across critical trading workflows.
  • Optimize the technology stack from the application layer through to OS, network, and hardware.
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools to improve team performance and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate across multiple business units to ensure system reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent core Java skills with extensive experience in application and garbage collection optimization.
  • Exceptional knowledge of concurrency and multithreaded programming.
  • Proven experience developing low-latency pricing and trading systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/UDP, multicast, and kernel bypass technologies.
  • Deep familiarity with Linux internals, including scheduling, memory management, and performance tuning.

Nice to have

  • Experience with eFX development in low-latency, zero-GC environments.
  • Knowledge of institutional encodings like FIX and SBE.
  • Experience with fault-tolerant, high-availability, distributed computing.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
