What you will do

• Acquire geometrical scan data using metrology scanners such as FARO, Romer, Creaform C-Track, MetraSCAN, and GOM ScanBox.
• Process raw scan data, remove noise, and export files using 3D software like PolyWorks and Zeiss.
• Create and maintain inspection files and produce complete, accurate inspection reports.
• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure conformance to engineering requirements.
• Use engineering drawings and manual gages/tools to conduct quality checks based on GD&T standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a Quality Inspector role within aerospace, automotive, or relevant production environments.
• High-school diploma.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and strong knowledge of GD&T.
• Physical ability to lift parts up to 50 lb and operate scanning arms for extended periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Associate or higher degree in a technical field.
• Background interfacing with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Experience in regulated or high-performance manufacturing environments.
