What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of VIP players, building long-term relationships through personalized communication across various channels.
  • Handle reactivation and retention of active and dormant players via LiveChat, Telegram, WhatsApp, and phone.
  • Provide tailored support, including bonus offers and consultations based on the approved VIP matrix.
  • Analyze player metrics such as deposits, bets, and LTV to optimize engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with support, anti-fraud, and payment teams to resolve high-priority VIP requests promptly.
  • Monitor and escalate risky player behavior in accordance with Responsible Gaming and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a VIP Manager or Customer Retention Specialist in iGaming, betting, or crypto.
  • Proven track record of one-on-one communication with high-value clients via chat and messengers.
  • Strong skills in objection handling and effective use of bonus mechanics for retention.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Telegram, WhatsApp, and LiveChat.
  • English: B2+ level required.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian.
