What you will do

• Support the engineering team responsible for secure workstation images, patching, enrollment, and baseline enforcement.
• Resolve escalated tickets tied to endpoint engineering rather than routine Tier 1 operations.
• Manage enrollment workflows, lifecycle operations, and logging and monitoring support.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, checklists, and validation artifacts for delivery teams.
• Update technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Washington, DC.
• 8+ years of experience in information technology (IT), endpoint engineering, or cybersecurity.
• 6+ years of engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience working under formal change control, audit, and security governance processes.
• Proven experience with endpoint management, device workflows, and escalated issue support.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
