What you will do

• Manage daily commercial loan relationships and provide high-level support to Commercial Relationship Bankers.
• Coordinate the credit underwriting process and prepare credit approval packages, term sheets, and commitment letters.
• Monitor loan agreement covenants, borrowing base compliance, and proactively report exceptions.
• Ensure timely receipt of financial information and manage the re-underwriting of expiring credit facilities.
• Consult with Relationship Managers and Credit teams to make informed risk rating recommendations.
• Assist with Watch List credits, communicating with customers to reduce credit exposure or refinance notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in credit analysis and/or lending.
• Working knowledge of federal and state laws related to banking and lending practices.
• Must be based in Longview, TX.
