Responsibilities:
🟢 Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for admin panel development;
🟢 Gather and prioritize requirements across multiple business domains, ensuring alignment with internal processes and goals;
🟢 Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation;
🟢 Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements;
🟢 Conduct regular reviews and demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate progress;
🟢 Act as a liaison between technical teams and various departments to ensure clear communication and shared understanding of requirements;
🟢 Continuously prioritize and refine the product backlog based on feedback, dependencies, and evolving business needs;
🟢 Support the development team in resolving blockers and ensuring smooth delivery;
🟢 Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Requirements:
🧩 4+ years as a Business Analyst/Product Owner or similar;
🧩 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;
🧩 Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with software developers and other team members, and to extract relevant information for document creation;
🧩 Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously;
🧩 Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements;
🧩 Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;
🧩 Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
🧩 Strong decomposition skills;
🧩 Good knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence);
🧩 Experience in wireframing using Miro, , Balsamiq, or similar tools;
🧩 Possession of a structured, process- and result-oriented approach, a practical way to solve problems.
