TL;DR

Lead Data Engineer (AWS): Building and scaling large-scale AWS data platforms and infrastructure supporting analytics and data processing workloads with an accent on platform architecture, scalability, and reliability. Focus on designing robust cloud-based data pipelines and driving technical initiatives across the business.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite)

What you will do

Build and operate large-scale AWS data platforms.
Design scalable data pipelines and processing systems.
Improve platform architecture, infrastructure, scalability, and reliability.
Support production data systems and drive operational improvements.
Lead technical initiatives and collaborate across multiple teams.

Requirements

Strong AWS data platform experience.
Proficiency in Spark and Python.
Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Knowledge of S3 data lakes, AWS Glue, Redshift, and Iceberg.
Experience with distributed data processing and production-scale systems.
Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm (Hybrid).
