Legal Generalist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, DPAs, DSAs, and SaaS/software development agreements.
• Advise product, finance, and compliance teams on contract structure, liability, payment flows, IP, and AML/KYC risks.
• Support the Payment Connector project by drafting and negotiating introducer and referral agreements with PSPs and operators.
• Analyze payment provider terms, onboarding rules, transaction flows, chargebacks, and settlement processes.
• Build and maintain internal legal templates, negotiation positions, and contract trackers.
• Coordinate the legal onboarding of partners and track outstanding legal blockers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Contract Lawyer or Legal Generalist.
• Experience in iGaming, payments, fintech, SaaS, or other B2B industries.
• English: B2+ required.
• Russian: Fluent (C1) required.
• Higher legal education.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and understanding of contract lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Experience with commission/revenue share models and PSP/operator onboarding.
• Understanding of API integrations, SLAs, limitation of liability, and indemnity clauses.
