What you will do
- Own AI implementation by identifying leverage points, selecting tooling like Claude and n8n, and shipping solutions integrated with internal APIs and data via MCP.
- Build end-to-end automations and lightweight integrations for high-impact opportunities across engineering, operations, and client-facing teams.
- Act as in-house AI consultant: run discovery sessions, coach on prompt engineering, write playbooks, and drive adoption with non-technical stakeholders.
- Navigate data privacy, compliance, and audit requirements in a BaFin/FCA regulated environment.
- Define ROI, iterate pragmatically, and connect technical work to business outcomes.
Requirements
- Based in Berlin (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience shipping AI agents and automations with n8n; MCP experience connecting LLMs to tools/APIs/data.
- 5+ years in scale-up as solutions engineer, technical consultant, or AI product engineer; regulated industry like fintech.
- Coaching non-technical teams on AI; business acumen, stakeholder skills, and pragmatism in shipping vs. over-engineering.
- English required.
