TL;DR
Global Risk Manager (Cybersecurity, Data & AI): Strengthening BCG’s enterprise risk management program across IT services, cyber, data, and AI risks with an accent on emerging-risk identification, governance, and executive reporting. Focus on developing risk indicators, analyzing business impact, coordinating risk-register reviews, and translating complex technology risks into decision-ready insights.
Location: London or Lisbon; occasional travel may be required.

What you will do
- Strengthen the Enterprise Risk Management program, focusing on IT Services & Cyber Risk and Data & AI Risk.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and analyze emerging technology, cyber, data, and AI risks and their potential business impacts.
- Develop key risk indicators, risk-sensing metrics, dashboards, executive presentations, and reporting.
- Coordinate risk-register reviews and escalate material risks through enterprise governance frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional risk initiatives with Digital, IT, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit stakeholders.
- Improve ERM methodologies, reporting frameworks, governance practices, and risk-aware decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, technology risk, cyber risk, IT services risk, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing IT services, cyber, data, and AI risks in complex, global organizations.
- Knowledge of COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and key risk indicators.
- Ability to communicate complex technical risk concepts to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Power BI or Tableau, and governance, risk, and compliance platforms.
- Fluent English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or certification such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, or CRM.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Trello.
- Practical experience using AI and large language model tools for risk analysis, reporting, and content development.
