What you will do

• Ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Build and scale AI-agent systems combining LLM reasoning, retrieval, and tool orchestration.
• Design event-driven microservices, RAG pipelines, and observability layers for explainability and speed.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped impact.
• Mentor team members and shape engineering culture through code reviews and rapid iteration.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Europe
• Experience shipping LLM-driven products or agent systems in production.
• Fluency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and familiarity with Python for AI workflows.
• Experience running systems on AWS (Fargate, Lambda, SQS) with PostgreSQL or similar.
• Understanding of context management, retrieval, evaluation, latency, and observability in AI systems.
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity, autonomous, and accountable teams.
