Senior Fullstack Developer (Java/Python)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of internal applications.
• Design end-to-end technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from initial design to production.
• Ensure seamless integration between systems, services, and UI layers.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and engineers.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of proven experience in fullstack development.
• 3+ years of strong backend experience with Java/Java EE or Python.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Practical experience with Git, CI/CD, Maven, Gradle, and IaaC tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.

Nice to have

• Experience in TDD (Test-Driven Development) and adherence to SOLID principles.
• Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring junior developers.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native and microservice architectures.
• Track record of implementing maintainable, scalable, and future-proof systems.
