TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Developer (Java/Python): Designing and developing in-house software to secure the European electricity supply with an accent on cloud-native architectures and API-driven systems. Focus on building scalable microservices, establishing software development standards from the ground up, and mentoring technical teams.
Location: Hybrid (Germany) - Must be based in or be able to relocate to Germany (Office attendance required approximately 3 days per week).

What you will do
- Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of internal applications.
- Design end-to-end technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle from initial design to production.
- Ensure seamless integration between systems, services, and UI layers.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and engineers.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 5+ years of proven experience in fullstack development.
- 3+ years of strong backend experience with Java/Java EE or Python.
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Practical experience with Git, CI/CD, Maven, Gradle, and IaaC tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
Nice to have
- Experience in TDD (Test-Driven Development) and adherence to SOLID principles.
- Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring junior developers.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native and microservice architectures.
- Track record of implementing maintainable, scalable, and future-proof systems.
