What you will do

• Research, write, and edit topical articles and posts related to the New York Yankees.
• Implement content strategies and grow audiences via X, Instagram, Facebook, and on-platform posts.
• Analyze content performance using Parse.ly, Google Analytics, and SEO principles to define best practices.
• Manage freelance contributors, including scheduling, budget optimization, and providing editorial feedback.
• Collaborate with MLB editorial leadership to generate new editorial ideas and sponsorship opportunities.
• Moderate community Feed and Comments sections to spark conversation and engage with fans.

Requirements

• Experience with social video production.
• Proven experience with SEO and developing effective content strategies.
• Demonstrated track record of growing and engaging online communities.
• Eligible to work in the US (Union position represented by the Writers Guild of America, East).
