What you will do

• Architect and develop highly scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to build and ship new features from scratch.
• Evaluate and improve the performance, durability, and security of production applications.
• Take full ownership of tasks from initial design to final deployment.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency with SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases.
• Experience with unit testing (RSpec) and QA techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Git and Object Oriented Design patterns.
• Perfectly fluent in English (C1+).
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of deployment automation tools.
• Experience building production-grade applications integrating LLMs.
