DevOps Engineer (Google Cloud Platform)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; remote by default, but must be able to come to Berlin for architectural decisions and brainstorming sessions.

What you will do

• Design and automate developer platforms to empower teams to ship with confidence
• Integrate modern tools into CI/CD pipelines with a focus on functional safety and reliability
• Take full ownership of GKE and Kubernetes infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform
• Proactively harden systems through strong security engineering
• Continuously improve platform scalability and development speed

Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience as a builder
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Linux
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Docker/CRI-O, and shell scripting
• Ability to own the stack end-to-end without reliance on ticket-based handovers

Nice to have

• Experience with Graylog, Grafana, Prometheus, Python, or Jenkins
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or AWS
