Location: Based in the United States (San Francisco, CA) with a remote-first culture and regular in-person offsites.

Compensation: $150,000 – $210,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Implement agentic workflows that automate complex, real-world audit tasks.
• Integrate LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and tools into reliable agent experiences.
• Build evaluation feedback loops to measure and improve agent performance.
• Monitor and maintain production agents to ensure high enterprise-grade reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer workflows into technical requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience shipping production-ready software in real-world systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) or AI-native tooling.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and communicate proactively.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG concepts, retrieval pipelines, or vector databases.
• Familiarity with React and Postgres.
