What you will do
- Resolve inbound customer inquiries regarding loans, deposits, and online banking services.
- Analyze customer relationships to identify and offer relevant financial products.
- Process transactions including transfers, loan payments, and maintenance requests.
- Manage account errors, fraudulent transaction disputes, and regulatory documentation.
- Provide technical assistance for mobile and online banking platforms.
- Maintain high service standards and professional communication during every client interaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Six months to one year of experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or banking.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a corporate banking environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Ruston, LA.
