What you will do

• Partner with Head of Institutional Growth to accelerate complex deal negotiations with banks and asset managers.
• Structure origination agreements across securitizations, asset-backed facilities, and private credit deals.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, compliance, and internal process risks early in deal cycles.
• Guide fintech and distribution partners on illiquid-market origination models and infrastructure fit.
• Build internal reference materials on private credit and structured finance to raise team fluency.

Requirements

• Location: Based in New York with hybrid work format
• 7+ years in traditional finance focused on fixed income, private credit, securitization, or structured credit deal design.
• Hands-on experience with digital assets within regulated institutions and fluency in crypto from TradFi context.
• Deep understanding of financial institutions' internal operations including risk committees and compliance reviews.
• Genuine personal interest and practical experience with crypto and DeFi protocols.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, clear communication, and ability to operate in fast-changing environments.
