What you will do

• Design marketing assets for paid and organic channels including social, display, email, and app store listings, focusing on app growth.
• Create assets for advertising campaign pitches, including treatment decks, social images, and site mockups.
• Build custom layouts and landing pages using Ceros.
• Translate performance data, audience insights, and marketing briefs into platform-native creative concepts.
• Adapt creative work for multiple formats and aspect ratios, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and editorial stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience, ideally at a media company, consumer app, or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital platforms (social, paid media, email, or app marketing).
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional typography instincts and a practiced eye for composition and editorial photography.
• Must be based in New York, NY, and able to work from the NYC office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Basic motion design skills.
• Experience working alongside product teams.
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks or A/B testing workflows.
