What you will do

• Architect and scale production infrastructure to ensure high availability and predictable performance.
• Build self-service infrastructure and paved paths to accelerate deployment frequency.
• Design high-performance indexing systems to process on-chain events with sub-minute latency.
• Establish GitOps-based deployment practices with robust rollback mechanisms.
• Implement end-to-end observability and lead incident management to maintain system health.
• Drive infrastructure strategy through RFCs and cross-team alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling production infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading infrastructure transformations that improve developer velocity.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate technical decisions into business impact.
• Experience leading incident response and post-mortems for high-stakes environments.
• Excellent async communication skills, including the ability to write clear RFCs and runbooks.
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
