Senior DevOps Engineer (MLOps)

TL;DR

Senior DevOps Engineer (MLOps): Building and industrializing infrastructure for over 100 active AI projects on GCP with an accent on ML CI/CD and GPU resource management. Focus on accelerating time-to-market for production-ready ML products, enabling large-scale experimentation, and bridging the gap between ML and Backbone teams.

Location: Remote (Must be based in France)

Compensation: EUR 75,000 - 85,000 yearly

What you will do

• Empower ML engineers with tools, infrastructure, and frameworks to enable autonomous and fast iteration.
• Accelerate time-to-market for production ML products through seamless integration, service connections, and data access.
• Own and adapt ML CI/CD pipelines to meet ML-specific needs in collaboration with the ML team.
• Deliver MLOps building blocks (MLflow, Kubeflow, KubeRay) and dynamically manage GPU infrastructure at scale.
• Tackle technical debt of existing projects while establishing scalable foundations for future growth.
• Act as a technical mediator between ML and Backbone teams and handle run responsibilities including on-call and post-mortems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MLOps or DevOps with a track record of shipping projects to production.
• Expertise in GCP, specifically Vertex AI, GKE, GCS, and BigQuery.
• Proficiency with GitOps (FluxCD or ArgoCD) and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and KubeRay.
• Strong skills in Python, Bash, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Fluent in French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks and the broader ML/AI ecosystem.
• Knowledge of data pipelines using Airflow, Dataflow, or Kestra.
• Experience with Redis clusters and infrastructure performance optimization.
