Senior SRE

Location: Hybrid in Paris or London

Salary: €75,000–€130,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, automate, and scale infrastructure for a platform that processes and synchronizes large real-time datasets.
• Implement infrastructure scaling in and out according to platform usage.
• Ensure high availability, redundancy, performance, and correctness across the platform.
• Establish observability best practices and participate in incident response.
• Support hirify.global’s geographic expansion and collaborate with the security team on infrastructure and development-pipeline initiatives.
• Improve and automate software engineering practices while contributing to software development alongside SRE and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a software engineer and DevOps/SRE engineer.
• Experience with container orchestration and a public cloud provider; Kubernetes and GCP are relevant technologies.
• Proven software development experience with languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, or Jaeger.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, humility, and willingness to grow.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
