Senior SRE: Designing and implementing hirify.global's infrastructure to address performance challenges, automate processes, and ensure scalability with an accent on high availability and redundancy of the platform. Focus on monitoring the platform’s performance, participating in incident response, and improving development practices.

What you will do

• Define and build the infrastructure needed to answer performance challenges, automate it, and make it scalable.
• Secure high availability and redundancy of the hirify.global platform.
• Ensure the platform’s performance and correctness are monitored accordingly.
• Participate in incident response.
• Accompany hirify.global's geographical expansion as the company grows.
• Work with the security team on the implementation of their roadmap related to infrastructure and development pipelines.

Requirements

• Experience as a software engineer & DevOps / SRE.
• Experience with a container orchestration platform (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Experience with a public cloud provider; GCP is a plus.
• Proven experience in software developments with languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, Jaeger...).
• Fluency in English.
