Sales & Conversion Trainer (Automotive): Improving revenue outcomes by raising frontline conversion performance through on-ground coaching, script optimization, and standardized training routines with an accent on closing capability and revenue leakage reduction. Focus on building a repeatable training engine across UAE and KSA, auditing live interactions, and implementing data-driven performance scorecards.
Location: Dubai, UAE. Must be comfortable working on the ground across UAE and KSA locations.

What you will do
- Conduct on-ground coaching in branches, call centers, and inspection hubs to identify and bridge performance gaps.
- Develop and standardize sales scripts, playbooks, and objection-handling libraries.
- Design and deliver structured training and onboarding programs focused on closing fundamentals.
- Define conversion scorecards and collaborate with BI to maintain performance dashboards.
- Support HR and line managers with practical assessments and capability calibration for sales hires.
- Collaborate with Product/Tech teams to translate high-performing human scripts into AI agent workflows.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in high-volume sales or sales training, ideally in a field-based role.
- Proven track record of increasing conversion rates through coaching and structured routines.
- Strong skills in call analysis and practical sales psychology.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data insights into actionable coaching plans.
- Experience and comfort working across UAE and KSA cultures and locations.
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, marketplaces, or consumer sales.
- Arabic language proficiency.
