What you will do

• Conduct in-depth research with industry leaders to shape content streams and build compelling conference agendas.
• Own agenda development for specific conference stages, curating high-impact content and session formats.
• Manage 100+ high-profile international and local speakers, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Engage with government stakeholders and partners to pitch and secure high-level speaking opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align event objectives and B2B visibility.
• Implement systems and processes to streamline decision-making across event teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in conference production.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong copywriting skills and brand/market awareness.
• Capability to effectively leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Degree level education or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Industry knowledge in Sports or Stadiums development.
