What you will do

• Develop application software for space systems and onboard payloads using Python and C/C++.
• Design, implement, and maintain new functionalities for embedded platforms.
• Develop interfaces between SoCs and FPGAs to enable data exchange between processing systems and programmable logic.
• Implement communications and signal processing applications based on GNU Radio.
• Collaborate with FPGA and Digital Signal Processing teams to implement advanced functionalities.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Quality Assurance departments regarding product solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in software development using Python.
• Knowledge of C and/or C++ programming.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and release management.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Nigrán, Spain (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of embedded systems and FreeRTOS environment.
• Familiarity with GNU Radio and DSP algorithms.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques applied to signal processing.
• Experience developing multithreaded applications.
• Previous experience in the space sector, telecommunications, or safety-critical systems.
