What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and qualification of firmware for safety-critical components using 32-bit ARM microcontrollers.
• Establish robust firmware architectures for both bare-metal and RTOS-based platforms.
• Develop and execute unit-level and system-level tests in collaboration with QA engineers.
• Work closely with hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless product integration.
• Generate comprehensive design documentation, specifications, and test reports.
• Ensure firmware designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Telecom Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with 32-bit ARM architectures.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded environments.
• Experience with bare-metal and RTOS development (FreeRTOS).
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
• English: C1 level required for effective communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded hardware design and simulation applications.
• Knowledge of safety-critical software processes (UL 1998, IEC 61508).
• Familiarity with UL/cUL/CE certification processes.
