Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (Standard in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Salary: 24,000 – 31,000 PLN gross per month

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana's products and features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems, establish vision, and ship solutions.
• Elevate the overall quality bar for user experiences and contribute to the internal design system.
• Ensure cohesive design across web, desktop, and native mobile applications.
• Facilitate human-centered problem solving and foster co-creation across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of shipping high-quality interaction and interface design.
• Skilled in driving a human-centered design process informed by research and data.
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications.
• Must be based in Poland and able to work from the Warsaw office on a hybrid schedule.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity.
